Corações em Fogo is currently finishing up it's run on the festival circuit and will soon be available for viewing on Rogue Division's social media channels

VestiCon 2019 (2019)

VestiCon 2019 is Team Rogue Division's entry into the 2019 Los Angles 48 Hour Film Comedy Project competition. This was a special comedy themed spin-off of the LA48HFP. All genres available for drawing were sub-genres of comedy.

 

Mildred's family has a troubled history with VestiCon but she now finds herself as it's grandmaster.

 

Team RD drew Mockumentary and wrote, shot, edited and completed this hilarious short film within the span of one weekend for the competition.

The film is currently making its rounds on the film festival circuit and will be available on the RD channel this winter!

The Perplexing Case of the Perfectly Planned Pool Party is Team Rogue Division's entry into the 2018 Los Angles 48 Hour Film project competition.

 

Who brought the corpse to the pool party?

 

This murder mystery/comedy short film was written, shot, edited and completed within the span of one weekend for the LA48HFP. It features the largest ensemble cast that we've ever put together for one of out 48HFP shorts

Wine Guys (2017)

Wine Guys is Team Rogue Division's entry into the 2017 Los Angles 48 Hour Film project competition.

This comedy/spoof short film was written, shot, edited and completed within the span of one weekend for the LA48HFP.

Athena (2017)

Athena is a Science Fiction/Action short film from Rogue Division, Crowned Prince Productions and Nine Entertainment. It represents almost two years of hard work under grueling conditions from conception to release and is the culmination of the talents of many dedicated artists including members of six different Los Angeles 48 Hour Film Project teams.

 

Two technicians are stranded on a foreign planet by an unexplained explosion and must act fast to stay alive when their rescue team turns out to be a hit squad.

 

The RD team ran a successful Kickstarter campaign to raise finishing funds for the ambitious thriller. Post-production was a long and troublesome process, but it was finally released in April of 2017. You can watch the full film here.

The Calliope Box (2016)

The Calliope Box is Team Rogue Division's entry into the 2016 Los Angles 48 Hour Film project competition.

 

He built it to be strong.

He built it to last.

He built it to kill.

 

This psychological horror short film went on to the Best Of LA awards show at the LA 48HFP 2016, where lead actress Payton Messina won the Best Actress award and the film was nominated for one other award.

That Bastard Santa (2015)

That Bastard Santa is Team Rogue Division's entry into the 2015 Los Angeles 48 Hour Film Holiday Project competition.


Some people from the naughty list are getting together to seek some payback.

 

This dark comedy short film went on to the Best Of LA awards show at the LA48HFP Holiday Edition 2015, where it won Best Use of Holiday (Christmas) and was nominated for five other awards.

Press COOK (2014)

Press COOK  is Team Rogue Division's entry into the 2014 Los Angles 48 Hour Film project competition.

...to initiate time travel.

 

After winning the audience award in its screening group, this time travel short film went on to the Best Of LA awards show at the LA 48HFP 2014, where was nominated for two other awards.

Walk-Ons (2014)

Walk-Ons is a John Hughes-esque teen romantic comedy from Rogue Division and Crowned Prince Productions.

 

A high school student enters a paintball tournament to prove himself to the local jock and win the heart of the most popular girl in school.

 

This film was Andrew Kadikian's undergraduate thesis film and was an official selection at five film festivals between Toronto, New York and Los Angeles.

Black Ribbon (2013)

Black Ribbon is Team Rogue Division's entry into the 2013 Los Angles 48 Hour Film project competition.

 

Six Friends.

One Mystery.

 

This suspense short film was created from start to finish in just 48 hours, and is really one seven minute homage to Alfred Hitchcock. It was also Team RD's first ever 48 Hour Film Project outing.

In The Way (2012)

In The Way is a comedy short film.

 

Dave is trapped in an alley by an obnoxious paparazzo who's blocked the exit with his car. He must now come up with creative attempts at getting him to move.

 

This film was Andrew Kadikian's portfolio film (mid-term project) at film school and won Best Cinematography and Best Picture as well as garnered a screenwriting nomination at the 2013 Rising Star Awards in North Hollywood, California.

Necessary Measures (2012-2013)

Necessary Measures is an eight-part action/thriller miniseries from Rogue Division and Crowned Prince Productions.

 

When his wife is assassinated, a loyal soldier takes over her investigation to uncover a conspiracy of deceit and treachery that shakes his faith in his government.

 

All eight episodes of the series are viewable in this playlist on the Rogue Division YouTube channel.

Randal (2012)

Randal is a superhero/comedy short film.

 

Well-meaning Randal is largely ineffectual at helping people in trouble until he meets a mysterious man with a vial of blue liquid.

 

This was an early film in Andrew Kadikian's film school career and marked the first time Rogue Division and Crowned Prince Productions collaborated on a project.

Fallout: The Wastes (2011)

Fallout: The Wastes is a Fallout fan film from Rogue Division and Lightbox Productions.

 

A courier walking the wastes on a mission to deliver a secret package meets a paranoid traveling merchant and a band of thieving raiders, not to mention a bounty hunter out to kill or capture him. All in a day's work

 

This film was made in collaboration with Nick Laurant. It and Fallout: No Bounty are told from alternate viewpoints of the same events.

Scoped (2011)

Scoped is an action short film made for the Rogue Division YouTube channel.

 

When the best man for the job is the problem, they hire the second best to solve it.

 

This was RD's first collaboration with actors Connor J. Smith, Jason Flowers and Ben Adams. Performers who would go on to appear in many of RD's future output.

The Winners' Circle (2010)

The Winners' Circle is a documentary short film about YouTube creators and how they make YouTube into a professional career.

 

Being as old as it is and seeing how fast YouTube changes, a lot of the information in it is out of date. It does, however, still contain valuable wisdom from successful YouTubers like Freddie Wong, Clinton Jones and more on how to get started as a YouTube filmmaker.
